Each apartment at Hillcrest begins with an arrival zone that sets the tone, then opens gradually into living spaces that feel calm and legible. Central living areas are positioned to capture natural light for most of the day, while service spaces are tucked discreetly along the internal spine of the plan. Bedrooms are grouped to form a quieter wing, buffered from the social parts of the home so that rest and privacy are naturally protected. Vertical circulation, whether in the form of stairs or lift cores, is located to support both resident convenience and efficient services. Across an indicative area of around 1119.0, the layout aims to keep proportions generous where they matter most and compact where they can be. The planning logic reflects the stated mix of 1BR, giving each sleeping space an obvious sense of address and privacy within the plan. The hand of Nshama Property Developer is visible in the way circulation is resolved and how practical concerns are embedded quietly into the drawing. A defined entry moment slows arrival, giving you a pause before the space opens into living and entertaining zones. From there, circulation is kept intuitive, with minimal wasted corridors and a focus on direct connections between key rooms. Vertical circulation, whether in the form of stairs or lift cores, is located to support both resident convenience and efficient services. Overall, the plan is less about spectacle and more about how it will quietly support the movements, habits and rituals of everyday life.
