2. Client Responsibilities

3. Brokerage Fees

Our commission rates are as per Dubai real estate standards, typically 2% of the property value for sales. Rental commissions may vary. All fees will be clearly stated in writing before engagement.

4. Property Listings

  • Prices and details may change without notice
  • We verify listings but recommend independent verification
  • Photos may be artist's impressions or for representative purposes

5. Transaction Process

Our standard transaction process includes:

  • Property viewing and selection
  • Offer submission and negotiation
  • Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing
  • Payment processing through approved channels
  • Title deed transfer at DLD

6. Cancellation Policy

Transactions may be cancelled subject to Dubai Land Department regulations. Cancellation fees may apply based on the transaction stage. Refunds will be processed as per UAE commercial laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, property details, and marketing materials are property of Infinix Infinity Real Estate and protected under UAE copyright laws.

8. Liability Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Infinix Infinity Real Estate is not liable for any errors in property information or market changes. We recommend professional legal and financial advice before transactions.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (Civil Code) and Dubai Law No. 13 of 2008 regulating the Interim Real Estate Register in Dubai.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first attempt resolution through mediation. Unresolved disputes will be referred to Dubai Courts or Dubai Land Department as applicable.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
