The Violet 4 at Damac Hills 2-Dubai payment plan has been put together in a way that makes buying a townhouse much easier and less stressful. To get started, buyers are only required to make a 20% down payment. After that, the plan is spread out into 1% monthly installments, which keeps things manageable without adding too much financial pressure. The final amount is cleared at handover, following a 70/30 payment structure. This means you don’t have to pay everything upfront, giving you the flexibility to plan your finances better.
What makes this offer stand out is that you get the chance to own a modern townhouse in a growing community without overburdening yourself financially. For investors, it opens the door to secure property in a fast-developing location with an easy payment route. For families, it means moving into a well-designed home in Damac Hills 2 while spreading the cost over time.
