Sobha City Abu Dhabi Payment Plan is designed to offer buyers a flexible and convenient investment structure, making it easier to secure a home in this premium master community. The payment plan follows a simple 60/40 structure, ensuring balanced financial management throughout the purchase journey.
At the time of booking, buyers need to pay a 20% down payment on the booking date, which confirms the unit. After that, 40% of the total price is payable during construction, divided into 1st to 8th installment payments, allowing investors and end-users to manage cash flow comfortably across the building phase. The remaining 40% is due on handover, which is linked with 100% project completion.
This structured and flexible installment schedule makes Sobha City Payment Plan attractive for both investors and end-users looking for long-term property value with manageable payment stages.
