Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers by Meraas payment plan isn’t just another structured offer—it’s a smart, thoughtful response to what today’s buyers actually need. In a city where upfront costs and rigid terms can feel like roadblocks, this plan makes room for more people to step into luxury without unnecessary stress.
Instead of the typical steep entry, it starts with just 20% down. That alone opens doors—literally and figuratively—for investors and end-users alike. From there, the 60/40 structure is designed to flow with real-world finances, offering enough flexibility for you to plan ahead without stretching too thin. What Meraas has done here goes beyond a payment schedule. It’s a reflection of how luxury real estate in Dubai is evolving—more mindful, more accessible, and far more attuned to the lives of real people.
