With four or five bedrooms and a recorded area band of 9,600 to 15,000, Fleurs de Jardin merits a room-by-room appraisal. Large overall figures do not explain the distribution between family spaces, guest accommodation, circulation, and any ancillary areas. The supplied record also leaves measurement units and detailed drawings unspecified. Obtain the relevant villa plans and area breakdowns, then consider the relationships between rooms. That review will show whether a particular design supports your household's preferred balance of togetherness and personal space.
