The apartment layouts within Cavendish Square Apartments are drawn to feel bigger than their footprints, using smart circulation and clear zoning to stretch every square metre. A defined entry moment slows arrival, giving you a pause before the space opens into living and entertaining zones. From there, circulation is kept intuitive, with minimal wasted corridors and a focus on direct connections between key rooms. Central living areas are positioned to capture natural light for most of the day, while service spaces are tucked discreetly along the internal spine of the plan. In multi-unit levels, the separation between neighboring apartments is reinforced through thoughtful positioning of shafts, risers and buffers. The planning logic reflects the stated mix of STUDIO; 1BR, giving each sleeping space an obvious sense of address and privacy within the plan. The hand of Leos Developments is visible in the way circulation is resolved and how practical concerns are embedded quietly into the drawing. Central living areas are positioned to capture natural light for most of the day, while service spaces are tucked discreetly along the internal spine of the plan. Vertical circulation, whether in the form of stairs or lift cores, is located to support both resident convenience and efficient services. In use, the layout aims to disappear into the background, leaving only a sense that everything is exactly where it ought to be.
