The Aquarise at Business Bay by Binghatti payment plan has been designed with buyers’ comfort in mind. To book a unit, you only need to pay 10% as down payment, which makes it easier to step into this premium development without pressure. After that, payments are divided into a 50/50 structure—half during the construction stage and the other half at handover.
This simple approach gives investors and end-users the flexibility to manage their budget without stretching finances. For those who want a home in the heart of Business Bay, the plan works well—whether you are looking at it as a personal residence or a long-term investment. With modern apartments, lifestyle amenities, and a prime location close to Downtown Dubai, Aquarise offers a payment option that feels practical and achievable.
